Mileage & Distance

All Visits which are over 3 mile radius from our home office location (Burbank, 91505) will require an additional 40+% gas and mileage fees, per visit depending on distance and traffic.

Supply Purchases

All Additional food/toy/supply purchases that are required by the customer will be charged $15 fee toward the total bill, in addtion to the receipts. Customer should advise us as to their preferred foods and brands for pets, otherwise we will use our veterinarian's recommendations, according to the pets' needs.

Urgent Booking & Cancelations

Same day in-home consultations visits are charged $30, otherwise free.

Emergency scheduled services with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $25 fee.

Cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled services & no fee will apply for the time being.
